If there was one solution to a million different problems, without a doubt herbal oil would do exactly that. From the inception of Vedic Scriptures and practices till modern-day Ayurveda, a lot of research has been done to find out if herbal oils contain medicinal properties, and the results are quite surprising! 

So what are herbal oils? They are vegetable and plant extracts in which the solvent is always vegetable oil. Herbal extracts are prepared to be used for external applications and as dietary products.

There is a lot of conclusive evidence and research done on herbal oil’s abilities to reduce inflammation in the body. Coconut oil, sesame oil, and many others have clear anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial properties. Many of these oils are recommended in the treatment or relief of inflammatory conditions or to treat fungal and bacterial infections in the body as well! 

Hair Growth 

Many herbal hair oils are highly effective in promoting hair growth, reducing hair fall, and preventing premature greying, balding, and scalp infections. All in all, hair oils made of herbs have been tested to be very efficient in providing individuals with natural, lustrous, and strong hair. People struggling with dry hair or dandruff also benefit from regular deep oil massages! 

Improves Skin Quality 

Herbal oils are also very good for improving the condition of one’s skin. These oils can reach deep into the layers of the skin, moisturizing and nourishing skin at each level. Some oils help remove impurities and tan as well. Skin conditions like itchiness, dryness, eczema, acne, rashes, and so on can be relieved with different natural oils.
