LLM Entrance exam
LLM – The Masters in Law, is a postgraduate academic degree. People who have an undergraduate academic law degree, professional law degree, or an undergraduate degree in a related subject, mainly apply for LLM. By doing this program they can pursue a specialized stream in legal affairs of the country and the field of law. It is a two-year Postgraduate program pursued by those who have an undergraduate academic law degree or professional law degree.
People who want to pursue LLM can get admission via entrance exams. Most colleges and universities conduct entrance exams for LLM. But there are few universities and colleges whose admission is merit-based.Before appearing in the LLM entrance exam the aspirant must have passed the qualifying course that is LLB. - The LLM aspirant must pass undergraduate law or integrated program from a recognized university.
- The minimum mark required to sit for the LLM entrance exam is 55%.
- There is no specific age limit to apply for the LLM entrance exam.
Foreign student’s admission to LLM
- For foreign students, there are reserved seats by many universities, colleges, and institutes.
